one of the only benefits of having class before 8am is that i get to wake up and see things like these out my window when i would normally be completely dead to the world. i snapped these before class, then gained consciousness while we toured the printing press that cal poly (and a lot of the local high schools) use to print their newspapers and i sipped my coffee. waking up with the smell of newsprint is not the worst thing. it's pretty remarkable to see the machine that prints them in action.
now it's bio study time in my cozy kitchen. happy wednesday!
can i also just say how much i love these three little trees?
seriously, i'm obsessed with those trees right now. i am coming to see them first thing when i get into slo. thanks for posting these magnificent little artifacts of the greatest town on earth!
