the world of internet wanderings can be a big one. my mind gets blown a little bit when i think of all the blogs that exist. but of the few i follow, there's Chantelle Grady, which takes the most beautiful photos and discusses the most whimsy and wonderful things. so i was bopping along one friday morning, after a long halloween night where people were banging on the side of my house in the wee hours of the morning, screaming (i kid you not). but i digress.
this particular photo, discussing corn pancakes, caught my attention, mostly for the delectable cheese cuts layered on top of said corn. scrolling down, of course this wonderful blog documented where it is from. Cowgirl Creamery! which oddly enough, i picked up a package of from the local wine bar down the street from the peppered palm. (also, i'm dying to try wine tasting there - someone join me?!)
this california company, which even more oddly is based in san francisco (although what isn't..), has beautiful packaging (couldn't find a picture to do it justice) and really delicious cheese.
