chef.

steven and i had a spur of the moment date night last night after i looked up show times for chef, which i've wanted to see for a while, and realized that it's in its final week at the palm. we'd already made plans to have soup and grilled cheese that evening so decided to (discreetly) bring dinner in with us. luckily the theatre wasn't packed, we sat in the back row, and enjoyed our food while watching a great film. it was funny, sweet, sad and i nearly cried at the end. totes recommend it to any food enthusiast (i mean, who isn't?)

took these photos a while back when i was downtown shooting for one of my photography projects. (back when i was in school, ha!) each time i go to the palm theatre, which truthfully isn't all that often, i wish i went more. they have a killer deal of $5 movies all day on mondays so maybe there will be more palm films in our future. helpful hint, they only take cash. so thank you grandmother for the birthday money, this great film was on you!
