just in case someone in this world has not heard me say it yet, i love blogging. hopefully this rather redundant message of mine is overlooked due to the fact that i have brand new, pretty pictures to look at. which i took for the ecobambino blog! one of the store owner's, amanda, who also does a lot of blogging, wanted to write on slo farmer's market and wanted some pictures so she asked me. of course i was stoked on opportunity and enjoyed feeling professional and photographical. i must admit i fell into the awkward feeling of wondering if i should ask farmers before taking pictures of their vegetables. i decided against it and i'm still standing so i guess that's ok.
my second post is up on the blog. this one is on the danger of "good job".
and probably my favorite moment of the week was helping a customer in the store who told me that she reads the blog and loved my posts. what a great thing to hear, especially from an unbiased, random stranger. and it happened again today! i couldn't be happier.
my next installment at the ol' internship is going to be setting up "craft time" at the store, taking photos and then blogging about that. pretty excited to see how that goes and i'm hoping to bring some sales in with a regular event weekly. that starts a week from tomorrow if all goes according to plan.
and lastly, i can't write this sunday without giving a shout out to my own dear mother. happy mother's day momma! thank you for all your support and dealing with my stubborn, independence loving self.
