i watched, the dark knight rises, the other night with anne hathaway as catwoman. she was sassy and perfectly fantastic.

and then i had to go see les miserables after hearing the chit chatter buzzing around it. while i am not the hugest fan of musicals and found my attention wandering during some of russell crowe's remarkably long monologues, i whole heartedly enjoyed anne hathaway's character and her emotional performance.

her career has taken leaps and bounds and the variety between these two roles alone prove her a worthwhile actress.
