i suppose you could call me a mental health advocate. i would reach to say that mental health is just as important as physical health. checking in on yourself (and for the brave, your friends) is remarkably important to make sure we all stay (a little) sane in this cray cray world.
that can be done in a multitude of ways. taking a walk with your favorite tunes. curling up on the couch with a journal. baking with the radio. or maybe by taking this mental health test. for those of us not taking a ridiculous amount of psych tests and journal-ing everyday, taking a mental health test may be the push to go talk with someone. it gives you a solid number that can be a jumping point to talk to someone about.
