last week i drove to san jose with three other lovely ladies to pick up our friend amanda. there was kaytea and kacia. and of course our lovely lady, micah. a cat!? in a car?! (you might say) besides spreading excessive amounts of fur all over my car, micah did great in the car. she fairly rotated herself among all the laps of the car, including my own and even meowed her exclamation when we were talking. although, that might have been because she thought she was being forgotten about.
we're giving the cats back to their original owners in mere weeks. since they're the best cats i've ever been in contact with it's going to be a sad (perhaps even tearful) goodbye. it goes without saying that there will be lots of cuddles in the next few weeks before we give them back.
